citizen by minimizing his/her interaction with the
administrative functionaries. This web page allows a citizen to
know about the prescribed Procedures & Forms of various
departments and the same can be downloaded by the citizen
from the comforts of his home, and used by him for
applying for availing services of various Departments of the
Administration. These forms are also available at all
e-Sathi
Centres and Lockvani Centres spread across the city. In case of any query, the citizen can contact the
Nodal
Officer of the concerned Department.
All such Forms and Procedures can be accessed by providing
